คำอธิบายเพิ่มเติม

run out of something หมายถึง ใช้หมด ไม่มีเหลือ ( to use up or finish a supply of something)เช่น  We run out of fuel. เราใช้เชื้อเพลิงหมดแล้ว

short of หมายถึง มีน้อยไม่เพียงพอหรือขาดแคลน (not having enough of something; lacking something) เช่น

I’m afraid that I am a little short of money this month. ผมเกรงว่าผมมีเงินไม่พอใช้เดือนนี้
